 One of the main goals of the state authorities and local self-governments is increasing quality of life of Russian citizens. The goal can be achieved by means of implementation in our country of a package of measures on providing balanced social and economic development of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The All-Russia Forum “Strategic Planning in Regions and Cities of Russia” is effective federal platform for multilateral dialogue aimed at searching common approaches to development of integrated strategic planning system of the country, aimed at coordination of sectoral and territorial priorities of the state regional policy.
