Forum participants cover their direct expenses on transport, accommodation, cultural program and registration fee.

Participants are provided with 3 options of payment:

• Standard registration fee
• Standard registration fee with extra options
• Business-class registration fee

STANDARD REGISTRATION FEE is 300 EUR including VAT and provides participation of one person in all Forum activities (including meals), translation, package of information materials, Forum publications according to the Forum Programme as well as posting the information on participants and their papers at Forum web site.

Additionally to standard registration fee participants might pay extra options:

• Assistance in preparing reports and presentation materials
• Publication of report in the Forum brochure (published after the Forum), including publication on the Forum web site
• Distribution of informational and PR materials among Forum participants. (Forum folder, information stands, media presentation, Forum web site)

BUSINESS-CLASS REGISTRATION FEE is 800 EUR, including VAT and provides all options of Standard registration fee and all additional options.
